Influencer Policy

General Influencer Requirements

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Your profile must be publicly accessible to remain in good standing with the network.
  • Products gifted to you are for your personal use. You may not sell them or use them in unauthorized giveaways. You may gift them to someone else, but not until you’ve tested them and submitted your post.

Posting Requirements

All requirements associated with offers are outlined in the initial offer email.

These requirements are not optional. They’re highlighted to ensure you’re fully aware of what is expected of you in exchange for products prior to checkout.

General Posting Requirements

  • Mention and tag @theofficialmahrosh
  • Utilize hashtag #theofficialmahrosh
  • Make sure brand and product names are utilized and spelled correctly in captions.
  • Give your opinion. These offers are meant as an opportunity to review the products you’re gifted.
    • “Thanks, @BrandName for [insert product]” is an example of an insufficient caption. Proper cations with your positive reviews are required.
  • Instagram Stories, IGTV/Reels, and haul/ round-up posts are necessary.
    • Brands love to see these in addition to traditional posts, but they alone do not fulfill posting requirements on their own.
  • Offers cannot be combined with other Mahrosh offers or paired with competitive products.
  • Posts most remain up and publicly accessible for at least 120 days.
  • Posts must be FTC compliant. That means that they must “clearly, visibly, and conspicuously” show that they’re sponsored. IGTV/ Reels are acceptable as long as a preview is shared so that they appear in your feed like a standard post

Content Ownership

You retain full ownership of content created for the purposes of fulfilling campaign requirements. Brands are allowed to share your content on their social channels or website as well as in their email campaigns or display ads as long as they give proper credit to you.

Removal from the Network

Removing influencers from our network is never something we’re happy about doing. Unfortunately, at times, individuals fail to uphold ethical influencer marketing practices.

The following are a few common reasons why we might remove someone from the network.

  • Failure to fulfill posting requirements
  • FTC violations (failure to disclose paid or sponsored posts)
  • Making a profile private or deleting submitted posts
  • Selling gifted products on sites like Amazon, Daraz, EBay, Craigslist, Facebook Marketplace, or any other marketplace.

Mahrosh reserves the right to remove anyone from our network at any time for any reason. The list above only serves as an example of common reasons this may happen.
